In the morning, we pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to a railway station (either at Ollantaytambo which is 1hr 30 minutes far away from Cusco). There you board a train and travel for about 1 hour 45 minutes experiencing spectacular changeable landscapes passing through lush fields and colourful villages placed on the foothill of the Andes.

The highlight of the way are wonderful views of mountains and the marvellous Urubamba River that runs through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. In the end, you reach Aguas Calientes, a town just below Machu Picchu, where our Representative welcomes you at the railway station to accompany you to hotel.

You just accommodated yourself in a hotel and the rest of the day is free so that you can the visit thermal baths (hot springs) and the lovely surroundings of Aguas Calientes.

The most important day has arrived because it is the day of Machu Picchu. We will wake up very early to have breakfast organized at the hotel. Right away, we will go to the bus station and take the bus for 25 minutes to reach the Machu Picchu sacred Inca city.

"What a moment!" You will be very amazed by having the Sacred city right in front of you, so we will seal our feat with an epic picture with Machu Picchu in the background. After the photography session, the tour will start, where our private guide will deliver information about this site.

Once you finish the tour at Machu Picchu, you will take the bus back to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Whether you have booked a ticket to hike to Wayna Picchu mountain, you will hike before the tour. It depends on the availability of spaces for that day. More info, see Wayna Picchu option. If not, the Machu Picchu montaña will be booked.

In the afternoon, you have to take the bus from Machu Picchu Inca city back to Aguas Calientes town (Machu Picchu Pueblo) to take the train back to Ollantaytambo train station or Poroy train station, where our transfer will be waiting for you to take you back to the hotel in Cusco.
